torture exists in Canada today. The use of gps/radio and other sec system harassment is everywhere. The cia is presumably responsable for torture with projekt monark and mengele style torture. 1000s of people have been reported informally to have been killed.
I am opposed to so called anti terrorism torture.

I am a victim of torture in Quebec, Canada. I am focused since my birth by Gang Stalking. The torture is a part of this harassment system's. I know that torture is administered by the criminal gangs no matter the applicant. They do subcontracting for organized crime and for all other applicants.
